Do not copy, I repeat do not copy but CUT the file to another folder that is not that download folder. When the pop up menu appears, you will see some instructions like cut, copy e.t.c. Then when you see it, long press (touch and hold) the file for a long time then a pop up menu will appear. Just go to your file manager, look for download folder and open it. Make sure that before you download anything, you save the page for reference when it fails. Just make sure you follow the steps here properly and you will see your failed download resume from exactly the same point it stopped. These steps might seem long the first time you are doing it but after doing it for 4 or 5 downloads, you will get acquainted to it.
